INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL/ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without statement of any reasons. The period of fourteen days begins at the date of receipt of the last delivery by you or an appointed third party that is not a transport agent.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you have to inform us explicitly by written notification to.

(by either mail, fax or e-mail) about your intent to withdraw from the contract. Please use the sample withdrawal form; however, it is not compulsory. To comply with the withdrawal period it shall be sufficient to dispatch the note before expiry of said period.

CONSEQUENCES

Should you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you with all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred to us due to your choice of a non-standard delivery), within fourteen days after our receipt of your withdrawal note. For such reimbursement we shall use the same method of payment as you chose for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will we charge extra fees for such reimbursement.

However, we shall reserve the right to withhold any reimbursement until the earlier of the following dates: either receipt of the Merchandise or sufficient proof of dispatch by you. You shall immediately, however within fourteen days after your withdrawal note send or give back the Merchandise to us. Timely return of the Merchandise shall only require the dispatch before expiry of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the costs of the return delivery. You shall only pay for those losses in value that occurred due to a verifiably unnecessary use by you to verify quality, features, and functions of the Merchandise.
